1. Pre-Inspection: We inspect your rug on both the front and back sides to evaluate construction, wear patterns, stains, dye stability, and overall condition before cleaning begins.
2. Dust Removal: Rugs can collect large amounts of dry soil and debris within their fibers over time. We use specialized dusting and soil-removal equipment designed for rug cleaning and preparation.
3. Washing Process: Your rug is cleaned using rug-specific cleaning products and washing methods selected based on the rug’s material, construction, and condition.
4. Drying: Rugs are laid flat in a controlled drying environment. Air circulation equipment and humidity management systems are used during the drying process.
5. Grooming & Final Inspection: After cleaning and drying, the rug is groomed, inspected, rolled, wrapped, and prepared for pickup or delivery.
